The key to living life in full is creating a space to hold all our human experiences in our mind, body and spirit.

A full life is not a life of only wonderful and desirable experiences. A full life is all-embracing and welcoming to the different emotions that come with the ups, downs, and plateaus of life. Instead of seeking only positive experiences we can cultivate sovereignty in our bodies so we can create an expansive capacity and accommodate each emotion in a safe space within us. I found that yoga movement, breathwork, and meditation can help us build this capacity to become resilient in mind, body, and spirit.
